Booking notes
International trip — budget includes transatlantic airfare into Edinburgh, about an hour and a half away. Old Course access runs through the advance ballot, the daily ballot or authorized tour operators; lock the strategy months out and build the week so any day can absorb the Old Course draw. A caddie on the Old is non-negotiable.
